Incredibly responsive, always had answers to any questions that we had, and knows many contractors in the area who we will be using going forward for future projects on the house. I was not planning on buying a house any time soon. But my husband experienced a very bad case of Corona virus. He ended up on oxygen and has to use a walker. We were living in our motor home and we knew that he would not be able to come back to it. So I was introduced to Allen to help me find a house quickly. We looked at several and found one that I loved. The floor plan was perfect. When Allen called about it, it was already under contract. He then called the builder. He asked if he had any other houses with the same floor plan available. Yeah! They did and it is now ours! Allen helped from finding our house, helping with the inspection and closing. This is our sixth home. We had different agents for all. Allen, by far, is the best one we’ve ever dealt with. He is first in his belief and that’s what makes him the right person to use either selling your house or buying one! He worked hard for us and others.

Allen made the whole process so easy. He was available for questions and was always checking in with us to make sure that we felt comfortable with how things were progressing. Allen just helped my fiancee and I buy our home in Watkinsville last week. He was an absolute dream to work with! Allen is a gem of a human being! My fiancé and I used him to help buy our first home this summer. Allen is the best of the best. First off, he is one of the kindest individuals you will ever meet. He genuinely cares for you as a person and not just a client. Second, he is patient and knowledgable. Allen Seigler... just wow! As I ponder what to include in this review, I truly am at a loss of words to describe how amazing and kind Allen is.
