I was not planning on buying a house any time soon. But my husband experienced a very bad case of Corona virus. He ended up on oxygen and has to use a walker. We were living in our motor home and we knew that he would not be able to come back to it. So I was introduced to Allen to help me find a house quickly. We looked at several and found one that I loved. The floor plan was perfect. When Allen called about it, it was already under contract. He then called the builder. He asked if he had any other houses with the same floor plan available. Yeah! They did and it is now ours! Allen helped from finding our house, helping with the inspection and closing. This is our sixth home. We had different agents for all. Allen, by far, is the best one we’ve ever dealt with.
